Meeting & Net Information

DELARA Weekly Net:
All licensed Amateur Radio Operators are encouraged to check in with us on Monday evenings at 8:00PM for the Delaware County Net which can be found on the W8SMK 145.17 Repeater.

Meeting Info:
Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of Every Month at the Tri-Township Fire Department Meeting Room in Delaware, Ohio and begin at 7:30PM unless otherwise noted. Meeting location changes are posted in the newsletter.

Directions to the meeting:

From the North: (Marion Area)
Go South on Rt. 23 toward Delaware.
Get off at the Rt. 37/Central Ave exit.
Turn left (east) and head toward Interstate 71
As you follow Rt. 37, you will go through 3 traffic lights.
As you go through the third light (this is where Rt 37 and 36 come back together), you will then pass under a railroad bridge. Just after this bridge, you will see the Fire Station on your left (the North side of the road). We meet in the meeting room off to the side of the station.

From the South: (Columbus Area)
Go North on Rt. 23 toward Delaware.
Go past the Bob Evans and such as you come into town.
Continue on Rt. 23 past the S. Sandusky St./Rt. 42 S. exit (on the left). Get off at the St. Rt. 36/37/42N exit. Turn right (east) and head toward Interstate 71
As you follow Rt. 36, you will go through 3 traffic lights.
As you go through the third light (this is where Rt 36 and 37 come back together), you will then pass under a railroad bridge. Just after this bridge, you will see the Fire Station on your left (the North side of the road). We meet in the meeting room off to the side of the station.

From the East: (I-71)
From I-71, head west toward Delaware.
As you get into town, you will see a Marathon Gas station and Oakland Nursery on the north side of the road.
A little ways past this intersection, the road will narrow down to one lane. At this point, you should see the Fire Station on the North side of the road. You should also see the “Do Not Block Intersection” sign right at the Fire Station entrance.
