More on the 443.55 Repeater

A while back, I changed the 443.550+ repeater to be digital only. I've not heard any analog traffic on the repeater in months. Since making the change I have only received one question from an analog user asking if the repeater was still up. In the event of an emergency, I can change the repeater back to AMS where it will switch between Digital and Analog. Tonight at 8 p.m., the location where the Ohio-Lnk room was hosted moved to a better facility. While the old location had generator backup, and was using a commercial Internet connection, the reliability of that connection was poor. In addition, the network provider only offered 8 a.m.  to 5 p.m. support Monday - Friday at an affordable price point. The new location has generator backup with 24x7 support. As a result of the move, the Wires-X room number has changed to 40557. For most users this change is transparent unless you operated your own Wires-X node. In the future we hope to add repeaters in Lancaster, Mt. Gilead and Newark. The repeaters who have full-time connections into Ohio-Link are listed below:
